Return policy.

We have 15 calendar days return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return for your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you need to book your return/refund/exchange request by filling out the Return Form.

 Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.

In addition, returns or exchanges are not accepted on:

  • Items returned after 15 calendar days from the original ship date.
  • Custom-designed jewelry.
  • Items purchased on sale.
  • Items that have previously been exchanged.

  Your refund will be credited to the system used for payment and will be the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee (if any).

For your protection, we advise that all returns are sent back to us by a traceable carrier and insured at your own expense.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have to the corresponding return address on the package. Once the return is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email stating the status of your refund, at which point you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please note exchanges are also at the customer’s expense. Shipping fees are not refundable. We would provide a shipping label only if there were a mistake with your order on our end.

 Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. However, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

International Orders

Please know that all international orders are subject to each country’s import taxes, custom duties, and brokerage fees. The recipient is responsible for paying these fees. Because we cannot control or predicts these charges, each cost is subject to every country’s policy. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further detailed information on this.

SR UNIKE is not responsible for any extra shipping charges to unknown addresses or return to sender fees. If a customer declines to pay duties and leaves the package abandoned, we will not provide any refund. Customers should familiarize themselves with their custom policies before placing an order.

We are not flexible with international orders; each country’s law is out of our company’s control.
